Payment for services

In order to provide truly personalized services, we do not contract with insurance companies. Payment is made on an a la carte basis, directly to the practice. Labs will be processed and billed directly to your insurance. We can provide consultation notes and a superbill should you wish to submit a claim to your insurer.  We also offer payment plans upon request.
